No Cutting Charges! When measuring the height of steel pipe bollards, we recommend adding 5″ to the length of your BollardGard bollard post covers in order to allow for concrete “domes” and any inconsistency in steel pipe height. Uniform BollardGard height makes for the best looking installation around a property or facility.
